Dirk Talley - Owner/Broker
Having spent my life in Clinton County, Missouri; I have a great knowledge of the area. My career interests have been both production agriculture and real estate sales; owning both a farming operation and real estate business with my father, Don Talley. As my wife puts it, I was never able to grow up enough to choose one career, so I kept both.
With that being said, I believe it gives me a distinct advantage over my competitors; giving my clients my “Personal Experience”; knowledge on complex issues such as 1031 – tax free exchanges, government programs, and a constant pulse on production agriculture.
All the above mentioned, my proudest achievement is my family. After meeting in college, my wife Julie and I settled on a farm just outside Plattsburg, MO. To date we’ve been blessed with five wonderful, albeit, ornery boys; Trey, Quintin, Gabe, Wesley and Jack and one grandson, Drue. With five boys, our activities are adrenaline driven, fishing, hunting, farming and school sports. Two years ago, we moved our family to Smithville, MO. This move has allowed me to be closer to the Real Estate Company.
